Home Owners, Landlords, Contractors and Commercial Clients are all catered for.
PAT testing is also available as an additional extra to complement EICR’s for the convenience of Landlords or Commercial Clients only.

Pricing
We believe in a fair and transparent pricing system as follows;
Mon- Fri 8am-5pm (by prior appointment only); £60 per hour
Mon- Fri 5pm-8am (by prior appointment only); £80 per hour
Sat- Sun ALL DAY (by prior appointment only); £80 per hour
Domestic EICR’s: Each property will be taken on its own merit and priced according to its electrical condition. When booked in advance most standard properties will be priced on a half day or full day basis @ my prior appointment rate (see above).
Please note in the case of Consumer Unit/ Fuse Board circuits being unlabelled or incorrectly labelled additional charges may apply as they will require further investigation and identification. Without which an unsatisfactory report would have to be given. If this situation arises, further instruction will be sought from the Client.
Commercial EICR; Each property will be taken on its own merit and priced according to its electrical condition, based on my prior appointment rate (see above).
Please note in the case of Consumer Unit/ Fuse Board circuits being unlabelled or incorrectly labelled additional charges may apply as they will require further investigation and identification. Without which an unsatisfactory report would have to be given. If this situation arises further instruction will be sought from the Client.
Emergency callout requires an initial advance payment of £100 for the first working hour (minimum charge) and £80 per hour thereafter (calculated in 15min increments)
By instructing us you agree to the following terms:
Charges will be incurred for;
- On site work
- Trouble shooting/ fault finding
- Conducting Electrical Inspections
- Electrical Installations
- Sourcing and collecting materials
- Congestion charge (CCZ), ULEZ and Parking fees are charged additionally at cost price
- Unless by prior arrangement, payment MUST be made to our Electrician onsite on completion of our visit.
Payment;
ALL MAJOR CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS ACCEPTED AND PROCESSED USING A SECURE CHIP AND PIN MACHINE. (Cheques not accepted)
